Q:What information do I need to provide to purchase replacement parts?
A:We will need the model code, and the date that is on the White Warning Label located on the bottom rail of the back frame. You may need to remove your mattress and look between the spring support and the back frame to find this sticker. At the bottom of the sticker, you can find the model code, and the manufacture date.

Q:How do I order replacement parts?
A:You may submit your hardware parts request through the Parts Order Form online. You can complete the order either online or fax the order form to Customer Relations at (229) 649-2007. It normally takes 5 business days for processing and shipping of your parts order.

For wooden replacements and repair services, any Baby's Dream certified dealer will be able to assist you.

Q:What do I do if the store I purchased from is no longer in business and I need warranty work?
A:Your warranty is with Baby's Dream Furniture Corporate, not the retailer from which you purchased your Baby's Dream furniture. In order to obtain service, please contact your local Baby's Dream dealer by using our online Find a Store. Baby's Dream relies on our experienced retailers to provide service for our products after the sale. Please direct any concerns or questions you have to your local retailer. We will be happy to provide the retailer with any necessary assistance.

Q:I purchased an "as-is" item on clearance from a Baby's Dream furniture retailer, and I need service work. What do I need to do?
A:Many dealers may sell furniture that once appeared on the showroom floor or styles that are no longer manufactured. This furniture is sold on clearance or on an "as is" basis at a significantly reduced price. This furniture is no longer covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. If service is required, there will probably be a charge to you.

When purchasing such furniture, please understand that you may not be able to purchase replacement parts or other matching case pieces in the same collection due to the discontinued style. If the floor model purchased is not discontinued, you may purchase a replacement part through your retail store or by calling our customer service department at 1-800-835-2742.

Q:How long will it take for my order to be delivered to the retail store of my choice?
A:Typically, it will take about 6-8 weeks if the item is in stock. However, if there are delays in the process, you should be notified by your Baby's Dream Furniture retailer. Please contact the Baby's Dream Furniture retail store where you made your purchase if you have questions about the status of your order.

Q:How are the products delivered?
A:All of Baby's Dream Furniture is packaged securely and delivered directly to the retailers located across the country. Delivery typically takes place between 4-6 weeks after your purchase is made.

Q:Will my furniture be assembled for me?
A:In almost all cases, our retail partners will assemble the furniture they deliver per your request for a small fee. All Baby's Dream cases are pre-assembled, and our cribs are very easy to assemble when following our fully illustrated instruction sheets. Please refer to our online Assembly Instruction if you need help.

Q:What exactly is covered under the Baby's Dream Limited Warranty?
A:Baby's Dream Limited Warranty covers original purchases against manufacturing defects in all crib hardware, joints, bolts and mechanical devices. Defective hardware will be repaired or replaced free of charge for 2 years for cribs and 1 year for case pieces. We warrant that wood parts of the cribs and case pieces will be free of manufacturing defects in either workmanship or materials for 1 year after the original purchase date with required original receipt. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product will be substituted as long as it’s within warranty.

If a crib has been converted to a toddler or adult bed, the warranty is void if the consumer is trying to use the bed as a crib again. Our assembly instructions specifically stat that if a crib has been converted to a youth bed or adult bed it is not intended to be used as a crib again.

Moreover, if a crib was manufactured before June 27, 2011, warranty is void for the crib and toddler conversion as Baby’s Dream Furniture can’t sell or shop hardware or parts for these cribs according to government standards set in 2011. Q:I need parts for an older or discontinued crib model or case piece. Can I still get these?
A:It depends. If your crib or case piece doesn't meet 2011 ASTM Standards, we cannot sell or replace wood or hardware parts. This government regulation was set due to changes to crib standards, labels, etc. due to safety issues.
