What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Each of our retailers has their own policy regarding returns, so please contact them if you are not happy for whatever reason. If anything is broken or damaged a replacement will be sent. Your furniture purchases are covered under warranty for 15 years.

Where can I buy bed rails?
A:
You will need to contact a retailer to order the adult rails. We do recommend that you purchase them at the same time as the crib. In case the product is discontinued in the future. This keeps the shade of the color the same because different lots of wood could take the stain differently.
