POSITION TITLE: Materials Engineer

POSITION DUTIES:
Responsible for control of supply chain management of all expenditures associated with an assigned portfolio in China. Ensure local suppliers' performance meets company objectives in determining lowest cost solution. Establish corporate contacts for maintenance suppliers. Manage supply base to improve overall cost, quality and delivery performance. Define the right mix of suppliers in China based on performance, cost and customer needs. Manage returns and warranty claims associated with supply base. Conduct sourcing activities so that all contracted items meet quality, delivery, and pricing requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Materials Science.

SALARY RATE: Negotiable
