Our Quality Assurance

 

Baby's Dream has been making nursery furniture since 1990 and provided satisfaction to thousands of families. We put our products through rigorous tests to ensure that the furniture you trust is built to the highest standards.

You will probably never encounter a problem with our products, but in the unlikely event that you discover a problem caused by defects in either workmanship or materials, we'll be happy to see that it is fixed (or replaced if we decide that would be best). All we ask is that you get your piece to one of our certified retailers. If they determine that the problem is covered by our 15-year Limited Lifetime Warranty, we will take care of the rest, at our expense. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product will be substituted.

 

Baby's Dream Limited Lifetime Warranty

Baby's Dream warrants original purchases against manufacturing defects in all crib hardware, joints, bolts and mechanical devices and will be repaired or replaced free of charge within 15 years. Baby's Dream also warrants that wood parts will be free of manufacturing defects in either workmanship or materials for 1 year after the original purchase date. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product will be substituted.

Baby's Dream Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not apply to the following:

  • Accidents that occur during shipping and handling. If you notice damage at the time of delivery, submit a claim to the delivering company immediately.
  • Damage due to product misuse, abuse, or negligence by the customer, or to any use of the product other than that described in the instruction manual.
  • Damage due to natural disasters or other external factors.
  • Products repaired, rebuilt, changed, or altered.
  • Once crib is converted to a different stage, it should not be converted backwards.
 

Our warranty excludes any misuse or abuse and does not include the finish or paint covering. Be sure to check your piece when it is delivered to you. If you notice damage, submit a claim to the delivery company immediately.

Retaining the following items will be helpful, should repair become necessary:

  • Proof of original purchase
  • Product warranty
  • The product carton, which can be collapsed for storage
