Q:Do you sell direct?
A:We do not sell direct. You can contact one of our specialty retailers in your area. You may find the list on our web site under Find a Store.

Q:What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
A:Each of our retailers has their own policy regarding returns, so please contact them if you are not happy for whatever reason. If anything is broken or damaged a replacement will be sent if the item is under warranty. Your crib purchases are covered under our 2-Year Limited Warranty; and your case pieces are covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty with required original receipt.

Q:Where can I buy bed rails?
A:You will need to contact a retailer to order the adult rails. We do recommend that you purchase them at the same time as the crib. In case the product is discontinued in the future. This keeps the shade of the color the same because different lots of wood could take the stain differently.
